Discovery Bison Sausage ~ Green Chile

Kent Wenzel's Tip: To steam or saute, bring 1/4 inch of water to a boil in a frying pan, add sausage, turn heat down to medium and cook 5-10 minutes.
Slice diagonally and add to steamed veggies of your choice.
